Anger
Everyone has experienced anger. It doesn’t take much for it to become a problem.
There is just so much anger around us. Did you know that:
More than 80% of drivers say they have been involved in road rage incidents; 25% have committed an act of road rage themselves. (The Sunday Times Magazine – 16 July 2006)64% of Britons working in an office have had office rage. 45% of us regularly lose our temper at work. 33% of Britons are not on speaking terms with their neighbours. 50% of us have reacted to computer problems by hitting our PC, hurling parts of it around, screaming or abusing our colleagues.
But what is anger? Many will agree with the definition in the Collins English Dictionary: “Anger is the strong emotion that you feel when you think that someone [or something] has behaved in an unfair, cruel, or unacceptable way”…
In other words, the anger is an expression of some other painful feeling(s), like frustration, resentment, vulnerability, fear, guilt, sadness, pain, confusion – and it’s actually these other feelings which get triggered or activated in response to some (external) stimulus. Steve sometimes describes this as a “wounded response mechanism”.
Helpful hypnotherapy
Seeing you... was like being plugged into a giant calming battery, it got me through the weeks and turned my life around... I cannot recommend you enough... I wouldn’t hesitate on recommending you to anyone. You are amazing, I can’t thank you enough.
DR
Through exploring the underlying causes of your anger, you can start to recognise and understand your response patterns on a whole new level. Through hypno-analysis we can work to adjust those responses, releasing feelings that have been held in the subconscious. If you no longer feel (unconsciously) wounded, you will no longer need a “wounded response”.
We believe that you carry within you (within your subconscious) all the resources you need to help you develop a different response set, so that you are much less quick to anger – but you may benefit from some expert assistance to help you get in touch with those inner resources.
