Helpful hypnotherapy
I had woken up with a feverish headache above my eyes. I was still feeling it before my hypnotherapy session, but at the end of the session [with Steve] there was no trace of the headache. I don't understand it, but that's what happened.

In the era before chemical anaesthesia, surgical operations were often conducted with hypnotherapy being used for pain relief. For example, Dr James Esdaile (1808–1859), a Scottish doctor operating as a surgeon in India, used hypnosis for surgical anaesthesia in 300 major operations, and a thousand minor ones.
In the current era too, several doctors use hypnotic anaesthesia, including Dr Bernie Siegel, Dr Carl Simonton, Dr Ernest Rossi and Dr Bruce Lipton. There are hundreds of videos on YouTube demonstrating hypnotic anaesthesia.
