Worry
A little worrying is normal and natural. Anything more than that might be worth talking about.
Some people may worry excessively about a specific person, event, situation or decision (often about a family member, or money issues). Others suffer from general, pervasive anxiety, and worry about things more or less all the time.
Sometimes people worry or feel stressed about actual, current problems. Others worry about what they fear might happen in the future.
3 million people in the UK are diagnosed with an anxiety disorder (that’s more than the entire population of Wales) (www.nopanic.org.uk | www.anxietyuk.org.uk)15% of the population of England experiences an anxiety-related common mental health disorder each year. More than 1 in 10 people are likely to have a ‘disabling anxiety disorder’ at some stage in their life. 40% of disability worldwide is due to depression and anxiety.

There are several techniques we can use to help address your worrying behaviour. In a hypnotic state, the conscious and unconscious parts of the mind are more accessible, and more open to influence and change. It is therefore easier to get to the heart of an issue, and easier to process any unresolved issues while in a hypnotic state.
We believe that you carry within you (within your subconscious) all the resources you need to help you moderate or manage your worrying – but you may benefit from some expert assistance to help you get in touch with those inner resources.
